Before you publish: these are general website terms. Your client work should be governed by a signed services agreement, and both documents should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the TranxMed website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Services are governed separately

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written services agreement, which sets out scope, price, timelines, intellectual property, data processing terms, warranties and liability. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

3. Information on this site

We keep the content here accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Product descriptions, timelines and targets are indicative and become binding only when written into a signed agreement. Figures presented as targets or commitments — for example uptime targets and response times — describe what we undertake to provide under a support agreement and are not warranties of past performance.

4. Illustrative material

Screens, dashboards and activity data shown on this site are illustrative and do not depict real client information.

5. Intellectual property

The TranxMed name, logo, site design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use our material commercially without written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to introduce malicious code, or to place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe any of these is happening.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We have no control over its content and accept no responsibility for it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Availability commitments for systems we operate for clients are set out in the relevant support agreement.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement between us specifies otherwise.
