Secure portals, custom software and the support around them

Web platforms

Software your team actually uses.

We build secure web portals that replace the spreadsheets, paper forms and disconnected tools an organisation outgrows — designed around how your people already work.

Engineering & support

A partner, not a ticket queue.

Senior engineers who stay after launch. Infrastructure, monitoring, integrations and the unglamorous maintenance that keeps a system healthy years into its life.

The TranxMed platform

One system, every department

Our flagship product is a configurable web portal. Records, scheduling, inventory, approvals and billing sit in one place, with permissions shaped to your organisation rather than a fixed template.

  • Configured, not built from zero

You get a proven core in weeks, then we shape the modules to your workflow instead of starting from a blank repository.

  • Every action is logged

Who changed what, from which device, at what time — exportable for internal review or external audit.

  • Runs on-premise or in your cloud

You choose where the data lives. We don't hold a copy, and you get a full structured export whenever you ask.

  • Priced by organisation, not per seat

Adding staff never increases your bill, so nobody has to ration logins to stay inside budget.

Who we work with

Different sectors, the same underlying problem

Records in one place, people in another, and a spreadsheet holding it all together. We solve that shape of problem across four sectors.

Healthcare professionals at work
Sector 01

Healthcare

Facility portals covering records, scheduling, wards and billing, deployed inside the client's own network.

A team collaborating in an office
Sector 02

Professional services

Client portals, matter tracking and approval workflows for firms outgrowing shared drives.

People working in a learning environment
Sector 03

Education

Admissions, attendance and results systems that parents, staff and administrators use on one login.

An operations planning session
Sector 04

Operations & logistics

Inventory, dispatch and field-team coordination, with mobile access for people who aren't at a desk.

How we work

Live in six weeks, not six quarters

Big systems fail when they arrive everywhere at once. We ship a working slice early, prove it with real users, then expand on a schedule you control.

01
Week 1–2

Discover

We sit with your team and map how work actually moves — including the paper forms and side spreadsheets nobody mentions in meetings.

02
Week 3–4

Configure

Roles, permissions, forms and data structures are set up to match your organisation. Existing records are migrated and reconciled with you.

03
Week 5–6

Pilot

One department goes live with hands-on support. Training happens in short sessions on real shifts, not a full-day workshop.

04
Month 2 onward

Scale & support

Departments come online one at a time. Support continues after handover — you are not left with a login and a PDF.

What you get in writing

Four commitments, in every contract

We are a young firm, so we don't ask you to take our word for anything. These are contractual, not aspirational.

01

You own your data, always

A complete structured export in open formats, on request, at any point in the relationship. No export fee, no notice period, no lock-in clause.

02

Fixed scope, fixed price

The implementation fee is agreed before work starts and doesn't move unless you change the scope in writing. No hourly creep.

03

Documented as we build

Architecture notes, API references and runbooks are written alongside the code, so your own team can take over whenever you choose.

04

A named contact, not a queue

You get the engineer who knows your setup, with response times specified in the support agreement rather than implied on a pricing page.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. Most clients start with the modules covering their worst gap and keep existing systems connected through an interface. Replacing everything at once is possible but rarely the right first move.

Where does our data live?

Wherever you decide. We deploy on your own servers or in a cloud tenancy you own and control. We don't retain a copy, and you can request a full structured export in open formats at any time.

How is it priced?

A one-time implementation fee based on scope, then an annual licence scaled to the size of the organisation rather than the number of users — so adding staff never increases your bill. Full pricing follows the scoping call.

Who trains our team?

We do, on-site, in short role-specific sessions. Someone who uses four screens learns four screens, not the whole system. Written guides and a recorded walkthrough stay with you afterwards.

What happens after launch?

A support agreement with response times in writing. Monitoring, patching, backups and a named contact who already knows your setup — not a rotating ticket queue.

What if we want to leave?

You get your data, in full, in open formats, at no cost. There's no lock-in clause in the contract and no fee attached to leaving.

Tell us what's slowing you down.

A short call, an honest assessment, and a written scope — whether or not you end up working with us.
