Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete a form on this site or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, role, organisation, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to answer you and, if you become a client, to deliver the service.

Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard request logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting, and are retained for a limited period.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, where images are used, from an external image host. Those providers may receive your IP address as a consequence of your browser requesting the file. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Client data in systems we operate

When we build or manage a system for a client, that client is the controller of the personal data inside it and we act as a processor on their documented instructions. Our responsibilities in that role are set out in the data processing terms in the relevant contract, not in this policy.

Why we process information

To respond to enquiries and provide the services you have asked for.
To perform a contract with you, or take steps at your request before entering one.
To keep our systems secure and investigate misuse.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the contract and for as long afterwards as tax and professional obligations require. Server logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email and, where applicable, accounting — and only to the extent needed. Each is bound by a contract restricting what they may do with it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@tranxmed.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated and a consent banner shown before any non-essential cookie is set.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and least-privilege administration. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your personal data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
