You choose where the data lives. We don't hold a copy, and a full structured export is available on request at any time.

Modules
Six modules, one login
Take all six or start with two. Each works standalone and alongside the systems you already run.
Records
One record per person, client or asset, with full history, document attachments and versioned notes. Duplicate detection on entry rather than cleanup afterwards.
Scheduling
Rosters, appointments and resource booking with conflict detection. Published to staff devices so the schedule people see is the one that's current.
Inventory
Stock levels, consumption tracking and reorder thresholds, with batch and expiry handling where it matters. Alerts before you run out, not after.
Approvals
Multi-step workflows with delegation, escalation and deadlines. Every decision timestamped and attributed, so nothing stalls invisibly in someone's inbox.
Billing
Charges accumulate from services actually delivered. Itemised invoicing, third-party or insurer splits, and a clear view of what's outstanding and how old it is.
Reporting
Scheduled reports and a live dashboard built from the data already in the system. Exports to CSV and PDF for the people who will always want a spreadsheet.
Security and data
Your data stays where you put it
Where the data lives is your decision, not a consequence of our architecture. Both deployment models are fully supported and equally maintained.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
TLS 1.3 for every connection and AES-256 for stored data, including backups and exports.
- Access follows the role
Permissions configured to your own policy, with single sign-on and two-factor authentication supported.
- Designed around GDPR and HIPAA principles
Data minimisation, retention rules and subject-access handling are built in. We support your compliance programme; the certification remains yours to hold.
- Backups that get restored
Automated backups with scheduled restore drills, and a written recovery objective agreed with you.
On-premise
Runs on servers inside your own network. Stays available on the local network even when the external connection drops. You control the hardware, the backups and the physical access.
Your cloud
Deployed into a cloud tenancy you own, on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. You hold the account, the billing and the keys; we operate the system inside it.
Managed by us
We handle monitoring, patching and backups under a support agreement with written response times. Available with either deployment model.
Managed by you
Take the whole thing in-house whenever you want. Source, documentation and runbooks are handed over as standard, not sold as an exit package.
Pricing
How the platform is priced
Two components, both agreed in writing before anything starts. We publish the structure rather than the number, because the number depends on scope.
Implementation
Covers discovery, configuration, data migration, integrations and training. Fixed once the scope is agreed and unchanged unless you change the scope in writing.
Licence and support
Scaled to the size of the organisation rather than the number of users, so adding staff never increases the bill. Includes updates, monitoring and support.
Exit fees
No charge for leaving, no charge for your own data, no notice period buried in a renewal clause. If the platform stops earning its place, you should be able to go.
